Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the entire production process from planning to completion.
Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure optimal use of resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure products are produced to quality standards and meet production deadlines.
Identify and troubleshoot any production related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of production output, performance, and any incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Manage inventory and order necessary materials or supplies to support production.
Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff as needed.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role.

Experience in production planning and manufacturing processes.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
