About the Role

We are expanding our Human Capital & Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and engage top professionals across our growing investment and project platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive, connected, and purpose-driven recruiter who understands the pace of capital markets and thrives in a multi-industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across NCap’s ecosystem companies.
• Source, engage, and onboard professionals in Investor Development, Finance, Project Management, Accounting, and Compliance roles.
• Manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a database of industry-ready professionals.
• Collaborate with management and HR partners to identify critical hiring needs and organizational talent priorities.
• Support leadership in establishing a high-performance, values-driven culture.
