(Yes / No) How many years of experience do you have in retail operations, district management, or area management? Have you previously worked in fashion, footwear, chain store retail, or franchising? (Yes / No) Are you familiar with monitoring and achieving KPIs such as Sales Target, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), ASP (Average Selling Price), Footfall, and Conversion Rate? (Yes / No) Have you set and managed sales targets or revenue projections for multiple outlets before? (Yes / No) Have you managed store audits, compliance checks, and operational standards across multiple locations? (Yes / No) Do you have experience in coordinating marketing efforts across branches to ensure consistency? (Yes / No) How comfortable are you with coaching, training, and guiding store managers to improve performance? Are you open to frequent travel across multiple stores? (Yes / No) STM / STPM (Preferred)

Job Scope
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition
