- Manage sales target, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program
- Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets.
- Review P&L statement.
- Achieve company targeted EBITA by monitoring budget, including food cost, labour cost, daily purchase, gas, electricity and other expenses.
- Create action plans for food cost and Labour controls.
Responsible for the day to day operation of the all departments in a branch including kitchen.
Ensure all team members comply to the Company Operating policies and procedures.Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all departments; including the monitoring of food product quality, completing all necessary departmental reports.Comply to the food safety procedures according to Company health / sanitation regulations / policies, including the execution of corrective actions as when required.Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.Ensure correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment.Ensure compliance of company procedures and standards on maintenance requirement.
