Position : Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry : Plastic Coloring Industry

Working Location : Mount Austin, Johor

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Salary : RM 4k to 6k Basic + Allowance + 2% Commission (Based on sales amount)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business leads, open new accounts, and expand the existing client base to grow market presence and revenue.
  • Conduct sales visits, prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Respond to technical queries and provide troubleshooting support to clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Explore and acquire new customers to enhance revenue streams and market share.
  • Generate additional income by growing sales within existing accounts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the evolving AI era, including its impact on sales, marketing strategies, and digital tools.
  • Ability to adapt and leverage AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Willing and able to travel outstation for business purposes.
  • Preferably possess own transportation for client visits and sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
