Job Title : Senior Motion Designer (2D / 3D)

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer with exceptional technical skills in 2D and 3D motion graphics and a passion for crafting high-quality, visually compelling work. In this role, you’ll not only create but also lead and guide a growing team of motion designers , ensuring creative excellence across multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 motion designers (with potential growth to 6–8).
  • Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for a wide range of creative projects.
  • Oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously , ensuring consistency, visual quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with company directors to bring creative concepts to life and push visual boundaries.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and technical support to the motion design team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, tools, and technologies to elevate team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Motion Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level 2D and 3D work .
  • Advanced technical proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender , and other industry tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills —both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams .
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Passion for storytelling, design innovation, and delivering top-tier creative output.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience in sound design, editing, or compositing.
  • Familiarity with real-time rendering or motion capture workflows.
