To monitor security compliance in accordance with TIS standards, policies and procedure.
To serve as the technical and communication liaison to and from stakeholders and office key user for TIS communications, innitiatives, need assessments,etc.
To responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software(includes PCs,server,networking equipment, operating system and other software)
To provide new staff with PC and account setup.
To serve as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT position of new office setup, office expansions, and includes relocation and / or installation of LAN and PC equipment.
To responsible for local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management.
To responsible for monitoring data backups in office to ensure that they are completed on a regular basic.
To Keep up to date with IT system in the workplace while having an understanding of emerging technologies.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
