Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects for all areas inside Hartalega NGC premises (Production lines, QA dept, Warehouse, Compounding).
• Perform all kinds of electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting and wiring work.
• Perform LOTO for all isolation work.
• Troubleshoot machines and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
• Be ready for on‑call duty after working hours.
• Be willing to work on shift.
• Ensure downtime is minimal by performing the job efficiently.
• Always give feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues / items.
• Improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure works / jobs are performed with high efficiency and quality.
• Always encourage department teamwork.
• Liaise with other departments / plants for any activities involving multiple departments.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved.
• Ensure activities carried out by or jointly with other divisions observe good health and safety standards.
• Ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (checklists, commissioning reports, etc.).
• Ensure all works / jobs are standard compliant.
• Rectify complaints from customers (internal or external).
• Carry out any jobs given by superiors.
• Always adhere to company rules, policies, and regulations.
• Perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
• Ensure burners for ovens are always running efficiently.
• Take care of all tooling and properties given.
• Attend all training held and customized to you.
• Assist other plant maintenance if needed or instructed by superior.
• Assist supervisor in keeping up the maintenance checklist.
• Assist supervisor in setting up duty roster.
• Cover for supervisor in case of emergency.
• Conduct skills training to technician level.
• Perform additional tasks as required within the job scope.
