We are looking for an Assistant Regional Sales Manager / Senior Regional Sales Executive who will drive regional sales by managing assigned markets or customers and developing new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Manage assigned regional markets / customers and develop new business opportunities.Process job orders to production and follow through until shipment arrives.Conduct market research, SWOT analysis, and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.Promote and cross-sell the company’s full product range to meet customer needs.Monitor sales data, identify trends, and propose action plans for growth; build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.Attend to customer complaints and work with respective departments and Management to resolve the complaints within the Company's stipulated time line.Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, sales materials, and trade shows.Ensure smooth supply chain forecasts and timely collections.Participate in overseas business trips, exhibitions, and client meetings.Overseas and local travel as and when required.Ensure individual and team compliance to the Company's and respective departments operating procedures.Undertake special or ad-hoc tasks / assignments / projects as and when required by Management from time to time.What We’re Looking For
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Export Markets / International Sales.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of International Sales documentation & Supply Chain Management.Proficient in Microsoft Office; NAV system knowledge is an advantage.Fluent in English (both written and oral).Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
