Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to be based in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be someone preferably with prior international work experience, and a strong background in the manufacturing industry. Key responsibilities include financial forecasting, system integration, and ensuring full compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s overall financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Provide oversight across treasury, tax planning, risk management, and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve profitability, drive cost efficiencies, and optimize the Group’s capital structure.
• Collaborate closely with business and operational leaders to align financial strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
