Job Overview :
We are hiring a Mandarin speaking Customer Success Specialist (CSS) on behalf of our client, a leading global e-commerce brand.
In this role, you will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.
The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the clients website shopping channel.
What You Will Do :
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email
- Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle payments and sensitive data securely
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times
- Represents the client and is the face of the brand to the outside world
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs
What Makes You A Good Fit :
Must have SPM or equivalentFresh graduates with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields are encouraged to applyMust be able to read, write and speak in Traditional Mandarin fluentlyMust be able to read, write and speak in English (B2 level)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsMust be able to work in rotational shift (no night shift is required)At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatoryMinimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy scoreWhat We Offer :
