Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage boutique operations, drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team and maintain the brand image for Christian Dior Couture. This role reports to the Senior Boutique Manager and requires a focus on client development, store operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Performance : Analyze business objectives and develop strategies for the boutique; set targets for direct subordinates to align with boutique objectives; monitor sales results and KPIs; optimize stock levels and sell-through; conduct regular business updates to Head Office; develop product knowledge and provide feedback to merchandising; plan daily activities to balance resources and store traffic.
  • Client Development : Represent the brand within and outside the boutique; grow customer flow and loyalty; recruit new clients; monitor Client Development programs and events; maintain and leverage the client database to enhance loyalty; participate in events to drive sales across product categories.
  • Team Management : Lead with prestige and optimism; develop sales and management capabilities in the team; delegate, evaluate performance and provide feedback; monitor engagement and performance of staff.
  • Develop the Dior Universe : Drive growth through cross-selling strategies; adapt to changes and handle emergencies with corrective actions where needed.
  • Maintain Boutique Image : Ensure upkeep of selling space and service standards; align with Visual Merchandising recommendations; manage shop operations to standards with contractors.
  • Back-Office Organization : Ensure proper application of internal procedures; handle staff or customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build, motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent language skills : Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Pleasant and presentable appearance and demeanor.
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retail.
