Role Summary
The Senior Manager, HRBP – Malaysia, will act as a key HR leader supporting business growth and transformation in Malaysia-based hub. This role partners closely with senior business leaders and functional heads to deliver people strategies aligned to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across Malaysia.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support talent development, workforce planning, and business growth.
- Drive organizational design, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
Regional HR Oversight
Support HR operations and business partnering activities in Malaysia.Ensure alignment of HR practices with global / regional HR frameworks and adapt to local contexts.Collaborate with in-country HR representatives and CoEs to implement effective solutions.Talent & Performance Management
Lead talent planning processes, performance reviews, and succession planning activities.Champion leadership development and high-potential employee programs in Malaysia.Promote an inclusive workplace and support DE&I goals.Employee Relations & Compliance
Guide local HR teams in managing employee relations cases and labor law compliance in MalaysiaAdvise managers on sensitive people matters and help foster a positive employee experience.Data & Analytics
Utilize people data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.Monitor HR KPIs and metrics across the region to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications
8–10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role.Strong HR knowledge across South East Asia, with hands-on experience in Malaysia.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed, multicultural environment.Proven track record in talent management, business partnering, and organizational development.Preferred Skills
Cross-border HR experience in a multinational setting.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of HR metrics.Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
