( Position ) Account Assistant

( Salary Range ) RM2,500++

Requirements

  • Generating Invoice, posting into ABSS system and updating reports
  • Email invoice to customers
  • Update fund transfer report
  • Check and verify suppliers invoice
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Assist in other accounts / admin related tasks as and when necessary
  • Communicate & coordinate with clients, shipper & overseas vendors (China, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan and etc).
  • Verifying vendor invoices and updating profit and lost records.

Qualifications

  • SPM and above
  • MS Office Savvy
  • Analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge in ABSS will be an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately
  • 5 days work per week
