Job Purpose :
Overseeing restaurant's business operations including delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur during his / her shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring smooth operations in accordance with the planned sales target and manpower scheduling
- Ensuring all products are prepared with highest hygiene and safety standard and compliance
- Managing costs and operational expenses, by ensuring a healthy stock level of raw materials and supplies, and minimising wastage
- Providing guidance and coaching to team members, creating a positive working environment and a happy culture
- Create a customer experience that delivers the promise of the 4Fingers brand
Job Requirements :
