Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in construction industry.

Responsibilities

Preparing & updating the payroll, DO, invoices, claims, P&L, ledger and related with construction field
Acknowledgeable and well known for SQL and related computer software
Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for
Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
Reporting and recording all sales activities
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in account / finance scope of works

Candidate must possess at least Degree or equivalent in this related position

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Experience in account management

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location : In person
