主要职责 :
  • 故障排查与维修 :
  • 诊断、排查并解决仓储自动化ASRS设备(如输送机、AS / RS自动存取系统、机器人系统、PLC 控制设备等)在运行中的电气或机械故障。

    • 设备维护 :
    • 执行日常预防性维护和紧急维修工作,确保设备的高效运行并降低停机时间。

    • 客户技术支持 :
    • 提供现场或远程技术支持,及时响应客户报修请求或突发故障。

    • 协助调试工作(如有需要) :
    • 协助项目团队进行系统调试与测试,确保项目顺利交接至售后阶段。

    • 服务记录与报告 :
    • 完善并记录每次服务的技术报告、维修记录及维护日志。

    • 零件更换与建议 :
    • 判断并建议所需的更换零部件,配合内部团队完成订单与更换工作。

      职位要求 :

    • 拥有 至少 1–3 年相关工作经验,具备自动化设备维修或售后服务经验者优先考虑。
    • 熟悉自动化系统的运行原理,尤其是 PLC、感应器、电机、变频器及控制系统者优先。
    • 能说中文者优先,以便与来自中国的技术人员沟通协作。
    • 拥有 初中或高中(SPM)学历,或具备 机电一体化、电气工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业文凭或证书。
    • 拥有良好的 沟通能力与客户服务意识,能与客户及内部团队保持良好合作。
    • 具备 独立分析与解决问题的能力,能在压力环境下保持高效率。
    • 责任心强,态度积极主动,具备团队合作精神。
    • 能在 Elmina / Shah Alam 一带上班,居住在附近者优先。
    • 能配合公司安排,与团队成员 轮班值早班与夜班。(会有夜班津贴)
    • 可接受 短期外派或出差任务(本地或海外)。
    • 能接受 加班或临时突发支援工作(包括夜间或周末值勤)
    • Job Descriptions :

    • Troubleshooting & Repair :
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on ASRS warehouse automation systems (e.g. conveyors, AS / RS, robotic systems, PLC-based equipment).

    • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance :
    • Conduct routine maintenance and corrective repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

    • Customer Support :
    • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.

    • Commissioning Support (if needed) :
    • Assist project team during system commissioning and handover for smooth transition to after-sales phase.

    • Documentation & Reporting :
    • Maintain accurate service records, prepare technical service reports, and update maintenance logs after every visit.

    • Parts Replacement :
    • Identify and recommend necessary spare parts or upgrades and coordinate with internal teams for parts ordering.

      Job Requirements :

    • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in automation equipment maintenance or after-sales service.
    • Familiar with the principles and operations of automation systems, especially PLC, sensors, motors, inverters, and control systems (preferred).
    • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, to facilitate communication with technical personnel from China.
    • Minimum SPM or equivalent education; a certificate or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and perform well under pressure.
    • Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Willing to work in or near the Elmina / Shah Alam area.
    • Able to work on rotating shifts (day and night shifts) with other team members, night shift allowance will be provided.
    • Willing to travel for short-term site support or assignments (domestic or regional).
    • Able to work overtime or provide emergency support, including night duty or weekend call-outs when necessary
