Job Responsibilities :
- Manage engineers and quality staff at the Malaysia plant, ensuring effective execution of quality objectives.
- Lead shop-floor quality review meetings and drive improvement initiatives.
- Oversee projects focused on improving product appearance yield.
- Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation, and lead the handling of non-conforming products, including product review and disposition.
- Conduct annual product audits, maintain process capability control for key operations, and lead GP12 analysis and improvement actions.
- Coordinate preparation of documents and evidence for customer or third-party audits. Drive reduction of internal rework rates and establish process defect cost tracking with continuous improvement measures.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field, with proven experience managing quality teams. Strong knowledge and practical use of Quality Management System tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and QC 7 tools, including audits and process / product improvement projects.Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skillsJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
