Online Sales Executive

Role Description TM Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd is a leading Muslim Tour Operator established in 1991. We specialize in providing Inbound / Outbound Flight Tickets, Tour Holiday Packages, Umrah, Hajj, MICE, Accommodation, Transport Rental, and Customized Programs for both domestic and international markets. Our mission is to offer exceptional travel experiences tailored to our clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer engagement.

Proficient in handling customer inquiries through

social media platforms

(e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & TikTok).

Manage customer inquiries, process bookings, and provide exceptional customer support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell products / services to maximize sales.

Attend

MATTA fairs , industry events, and

airport duties

to promote products, interact with customers, and generate leads.

Keep product listings updated on e-commerce platforms and collaborate with the marketing team on promotions.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Support skills

Effective Communication skills

Proven Sales skills and experience

Online Marketing skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the travel industry is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field is preferred

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.

At least 1–2 years of experience in online sales or customer service.

Comfortable with occasional travel for

events

and

airport duties .

Strong communication skills (fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia).
