Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of QA / QC experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably paper packaging, printing, or FMCG packaging). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and ISO standards. Hands-on experience with quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, FMEA, control plans). Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP / MES systems is an added advantage. Responsibilities
- To ensure all Quality Assurance (QC) functions are being performed and documented in an accurate and efficient manner.
- To ensure new product / process and changes are transferred to production.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement programs.
- Maintain and promote quality culture through training and development of QC and Production employees.
- Directing the daily activities of Quality Control Inspection.
- Responsible for shift / work scheduling, delegation of duties & disciplinary actions of QC Inspectors.
- To maintain Quality Records as required in QMS.
- Implement quality procedures to ensure proper documentation and compliance with ISO Standards.
