What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and Ideate : Develop content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, emails, blog articles, video scripts, storyboards, and more.
- Research and Strategize : Conduct interviews with business leaders and customers to uncover insights and craft compelling messaging aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate : Work closely with account managers, digital marketers, and designers to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
- Campaign Analysis : Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide content strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
- Client Communication : Prepare reports, craft proposals, and present ideas to clients confidently.
- Proofread and Perfect : Edit and refine copy based on feedback to ensure it meets both internal and client expectations.
- Video Production Support : Manage talents, coordinate with clients during video shoots, and handle on-the-spot adjustments.
- Social Listening : Monitor competitors and trends to proactively enhance your creative work.
- Influencer Marketing : Identify and manage collaborations with social influencers across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu, ensuring seamless execution of influencer deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.1+ year of experience in a digital or social media agency.Strong writing and editing skills in English (Mandarin or BM is a plus).Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and Douyin.Experience with social media content, digital campaigns, and basic reporting.Comfortable managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines.Familiar with current trends, meme culture, and local influencer marketing.Bonus if you’ve managed influencer collabs, boosted posts, or video production.Seniority level
