We are a small boutique educational consulting company dedicated to investing in young people through college counseling, camps, and workshops. Our mission is to help students reach their potential by providing personalized guidance and support. We are seeking a passionate, responsible individual who is committed to making a difference in students’ lives and is eager to grow with us in a long-term career.

Job Description :

As a College Counselor, you will join our team in a fully remote capacity, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ educational journeys online. No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for someone with the right mindset and dedication to grow within our company. You will initially start as a part-time counselor, working closely with our CEO and gradually taking on more responsibilities as you gain experience—all training and sessions will be conducted virtually.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Shadow the CEO on Zoom calls with students for the first three months to learn the counseling process. Must be open to training on weekends during this period.
  • Provide college counseling to your own students starting from months 4-7, with support from an experienced assistant.
  • Offer independent counseling to your own students from months 7-9, with monthly check-ins from the CEO.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging environment for students.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve counseling services and student outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • No prior experience required.
  • Strong interest in education and student development.
  • Willingness to work evenings as needed.
  • A long-term, career-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional growth.
  • Passion for investing time and effort in others.
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. College or University.
  • Fluency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is required.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Part-Time (10 hours / week) : MYR 650-800 per month for the first six months.
  • Full-Time (Post 6-Month Trial) : MYR 3,800-4,600 per month with benefits.
  • Probation Period : Six months for full-time role.
