About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to bring our brand to life through compelling storytelling and engaging digital content. This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting content that captivates audiences, thrives on creativity, and understands the latest trends across social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies, produce high-quality visuals and copy, and optimize content performance to maximize engagement and brand impact. Key Responsibilities : Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, email, and more). Visual Storytelling :

Develop high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia assets that reflect our brand identity and captivate audiences. Copywriting :

Write compelling, clear, and persuasive copy for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. Social Media Management :

Create, schedule, and monitor posts, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content. Campaign Support :

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions. Content Optimization :

Regularly update and improve existing content to keep it fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging. Trend Spotting :

Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, and platform updates to ensure our content remains cutting-edge. Community Engagement :

Foster relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and creating interactive content. Analytics & Reporting :

Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Event Support :

Collaborate with the training and event teams to support live or virtual events. Attend training sessions to immerse yourself in the content and create tailored, impactful materials before, during, and after the event. Requirements : Experience Matters :

You have 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related fields. Creativity at Your Core :

You thrive on generating innovative ideas and turning them into engaging content. You’re skilled in using design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) and video editing software. Social Media Savvy :

You know the ins and outs of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu. Detail-Oriented :

You pay close attention to quality, from grammar to visual design. You can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat. Analytics Driven :

You understand how to use data to refine content and achieve better engagement. Team Player :

You enjoy collaborating across teams and are open to feedback to improve your work. Fast Learner & Adaptable :

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always eager to learn new tools and techniques. Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you can adapt your tone for various audiences. Bilingual Advantage :
