Merchandising Executive

We're looking for candidates with at least 1 year of merchandising or retail experience. Fresh graduates who are passionate about fabrics, trends, and turning ideas into best-selling products are also encouraged to apply — we'd love to meet you

Job Responsibilities :

Product Development & Planning

a) Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products in bedding.

b) Assist in the development of seasonal bedding collections, including design, fabric selection, colors, and packaging.

c)Ensure new product samples are developed on time and meet quality standards.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

a) Source fabrics, trims, and packaging from local and overseas suppliers.

b) Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality requirements.

c) Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Order & Production Coordination

a) Manage purchase orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timelines are met.

b) Monitor production quality and resolve any issues or delays.

c)Ensure products comply with company specifications and quality standards.

Merchandising & Inventory Control

a) Plan stock levels and monitor inventory to meet sales requirements.

b) Work closely with sales and marketing teams on product launches, promotions, and in-store displays.

c) Support clearance planning for slow-moving items.

Sales & Marketing Support

a) Work in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

b) Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.

Reporting & Analysis

a) Prepare reports on sales performance, stock movement, and margins.

b) Analyze best sellers and slow-movers to support assortment planning.

c) Contribute to pricing and promotional strategies.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Merchandising, Business, Textile, Fashion, Retail or related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to speak fluently in Mandarin (most of our supplier is from China).
