Responsibilities

• Research Responsibilities : Lead and conduct research in relevant disciplines.
• Publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
• Develop grant proposals and secure external funding.
• Supervise Doctoral and Masters research projects.
• Foster research collaborations within and beyond the University.
• Build strong networks within academic communities to enhance research visibility.
• Teaching Duties : Deliver high-quality teaching through various modalities, including face-to-face and online platforms.
• Implement effective assessment strategies and provide meaningful feedback.
• Enhance teaching methods through continuous reflection and innovation.
• Lead curriculum development and program enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in examination processes and academic quality assurance.
• Service Commitments : Contribute to departmental and institutional governance.
• Take on leadership roles in academic administration.
• Support student recruitment and community engagement.
• Facilitate departmental operations and program management.
• Guide students through academic advisement.
• Support the professional development of junior faculty.
