Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy to engage target audience, increase brand awareness and drive constituent growth.
- Collaborate with content specialists and communications teams to create high‑quality, informative and engaging digital content for our website and other platforms (apps, social media, etc.).
- Convert existing materials, including video and print assets, into digital formats that align with current online consumption trends.
- Identify and recommend content pieces suitable for monetisation, determining the most effective digital formats and platforms to increase revenue.
- Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, infographics and downloadable resources, optimising content for a digital audience.
- Structure, produce and adapt content for diverse formats, from comprehensive digital programmes to concise, topic‑based videos (e.g. YouTube, Coursera).
- Edit videos to create shorter, engaging clips suitable for online distribution and ensure content is formatted for various digital channels.
- Utilise coding skills and web expertise to integrate and present content seamlessly on our website and various platforms, ensuring technical functionality and optimal user experience.
- Ensure all digital content is optimised for search engines (SEO) and user‑friendly for optimal engagement and reach.
- Track content performance across digital platforms, analyse user feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, content strategies and technology advancements to keep our digital content competitive and innovative.
- Recommend and implement necessary content adjustments or new formats based on performance insights.
Requirements
Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or a related field.Minimum of four years’ experience in digital content production, content strategy or digital marketing.Proven experience with SEO, content optimisation and video editing.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).Strong understanding of coding (HTML CSS) and familiarity with web publishing platforms (WordPress, etc.).High proficiency in verbal and written English.Medium proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and / or Chinese is an added advantage.Employment Details
