Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market conditions to grow revenue in industrial gases, specialty gases, calibration gases, and related services.
- Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products and value-added services.
- Identify and engage potential customers in key industries (e.g., oil & gas, electronics, manufacturing), analyzing their processes to match their needs with company offerings.
- Acquire deep knowledge of product applications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Prepare customized proposals and lead sales negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and senior-level stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies including pricing, product lines, and positioning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards related to gas handling and sales.
- Support product changes and introductions to ensure smooth implementation at customer sites.
- Take a lead role in sales-related activities including site visits, customer follow-ups, and account servicing in assigned territories.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 years of sales experience in oil & gas, industrial, welding, or electronics-related sectors preferred; related experience is a plus.Proven ability to execute sales plans, work independently, and build strong client relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong technical understanding of industrial and specialty gases, including product classifications, applications, and handling equipment is a plus.Basic chemical knowledge is a plus, especially in gas behavior, safety handling, and industry applications.SPM / Diploma, or a related discipline.Experience with gas systems used in wafer fabs or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.Proficient in English (spoken and written); multilingual ability is an added advantage.Willing to travel and must hold a valid driving license.What We Offer :
