Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market conditions to grow revenue in industrial gases, specialty gases, calibration gases, and related services.
  • Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products and value-added services.
  • Identify and engage potential customers in key industries (e.g., oil & gas, electronics, manufacturing), analyzing their processes to match their needs with company offerings.
  • Acquire deep knowledge of product applications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and business goals.
  • Prepare customized proposals and lead sales negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies including pricing, product lines, and positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards related to gas handling and sales.
  • Support product changes and introductions to ensure smooth implementation at customer sites.
  • Take a lead role in sales-related activities including site visits, customer follow-ups, and account servicing in assigned territories.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience in oil & gas, industrial, welding, or electronics-related sectors preferred; related experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to execute sales plans, work independently, and build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial and specialty gases, including product classifications, applications, and handling equipment is a plus.
  • Basic chemical knowledge is a plus, especially in gas behavior, safety handling, and industry applications.
  • SPM / Diploma, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with gas systems used in wafer fabs or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); multilingual ability is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel and must hold a valid driving license.
  • What We Offer :

  • Attractive Base Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,500 (depending on experience)
  • Additional Income : Commission + performance bonus (based on sales achievement)
