We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate Planning to join our team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd'. This is a full-time role based in our Bangsar South office in Kuala Lumpur. In this strategic position, you will play a key role in shaping the company's long-term vision and driving our ambitious growth plans.

Main Purpose of Job

Lead the Corporate Planning department to deliver corporate projects and initiatives in line with company policy and mid‑term plan.
Support Head of Division in the execution of corporate exercises and group projects / initiatives.

Principles of Responsibilities & Duties

Expansion of business domain, new business research, joint venture and merger and acquisition exploration.

Undertake corporate exercises or group projects / initiatives including obtaining Board / EC approval, liaising with consultants / advisors, task forces and project management.

Develop group corporate strategy to enhance market visibility and liquidity.

Develop market and economy analysis to support strategy planning.

Develop internal database to support strategy planning.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategic planning or consulting role, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate strategies and business plans.

Proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance management.

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.

Passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
