We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst. Responsibilities
Demonstrated Business Analysis and Project Management skills - working on projects in banking domain Produce detailed specifications to allow business requirements to be understood and delivered by the Product and Technology teams Translate business workflow / UI / UX into detailed product backlog, consisting of user stories Detail functional specifications for each step in the journey e.g. validations of fields, user scenarios in close collaboration with digital teams Create & review test scenarios, support business and function teams for UAT, end user manuals and conduct trainings for end to end project delivery Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements Be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations Acquire & maintain knowledge in various areas of banking products and processes, and actively participate in team mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing Plan and execute business readiness tasks with coordination with all relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery launch Take on ad-hoc tasks that promote digital agenda and optimization The team manages regional projects within the APAC region such as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, etc. Candidate profile / Qualifications
Candidates who are fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-Cantonese speaking clients Strong domain knowledge and experience in
FI industry
such as Customer Onboarding / Lending / Cards & Payments / Wealth / Investment / Private Banking / Life Insurance, etc Experience in Digital Banking and Mobile Technologies and Services will be added advantages. Comprehensive end-to-end BA experience and skills – project planning, requirements gathering and analysis, UAT management, User Training, Go-live readiness, etc Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Agile / Waterfall
project delivery. Experience in UI / UX workflow and design. Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines / projects Strong Communication & Presentation Skills with a flair for writing documents & ability to present to various audiences. Excellent in multitasking and prioritization - able to work proactively, independently and under pressure against multiple deadlines. Displays high level of personal maturity and ability to perform in a fast paced, unstructured, ambiguous environment. Ability and willingness to proactively accept and drive change Displayed leadership and problem solving skills. Mandarin or / and Cantonese language skills are required. Seniorities
