  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing and screening new agents to join Infinity Life Changer Group.
  • Advertise and promote career opportunities across online platforms and social media.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening (calls, messages, short interviews).
  • Manage light administrative and clerical tasks related to recruitment.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly recruitment targets are achieved.
