Production Planner / Production Executive (Furniture Manufacturing)

Develop and implement a planning system for both wood and metal machinery sections.

Prepare production schedules for the wood and metal machinery sections to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

Monitor and coordinate material flow to support planned production schedules.

Oversee and ensure all required documents for machinery production are prepared and completed.

Track, update, and monitor output for both wood and metal machinery to ensure targets are met.

Identify deviations from the schedule and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Carry out other task as been assigned by production manager from time to time.

2. Production Executive Core responsibilities

Monitor, control and handle all production document include PMR, TRN, material consumption and defective from.

Control and record the output of production by process and total finish good (FGN)

Monitor, record and keep tracking on shop drawing, part drawing and cutting list.

Follow up material requisition status and resolve production material or hardware shortage issue.

Monitor production to ensure smooth production flow and update management for day to day production status.

Support to ensure MES run smooth in production floor and provide useful data for management decision making.

Prepare production monthly report and submit on time base on time line set by management.

Carry out other task as been assigned by production manager from time to time.

Requirement :

Diploma in any discipline, preferably in the manufacturing, supply chain management, opeations management, industrial engineering or equivalent.

3 - 5 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in the customize furniture manufacturing industry;

Excellent project management skills – ability to plan, prioritize, and execute effectively.

Strong production planning & scheduling experience in a customized manufacturing environment.

Have great sense of urgency and commitment, able to work under tight deadliness.

Willing to work at Kapar, Klang.
