Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development (preferably IT solutions or consulting).
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Boomi, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, customer focus, and consultative selling approach.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and engagements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, and System Integration).
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to formulate sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
  • Strategic thinking with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Solution-oriented with consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
