Business Development Executive

Sales and Business Development -Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and sales opportunities. -Qualify potential customers and identify their needs. -Arrange meeting over the phone for sales to follow up on qualified leads. -Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. -Lead Management and Customer Engagement -Follow up on inbound leads and referrals to convert them into sales. -Provide product information and solutions based on customer requirements. -Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system. -Collaborate with external sales teams to maximize sales opportunities. Requirements : -Bachelor’s Degree in Admin Business, IT, Accounting, or related fields. -No experience required, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided. -Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple levels of an organization. -Results-driven with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently. -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus for Chinese-speaking clients). -Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
