We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to Director. You will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director in various administrative, project-related, and human resource tasks. You need to be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. In this role, you will :
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between Managing Director and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing analytical skills to compile and interpret data.
- Support the Managing Director in various projects and initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Attend meetings with the MD and document key takeaways and action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support decision-making processes by providing relevant information and insights, contributing to informed and effective management strategies.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Support and learn from the MD on leadership, decision-making, and organizational management.
