Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Overview
Provide excellent customer support experience through phone, live chat, and email communication. Identify customer needs and investigate existing issues to provide the best strategic solutions, ensuring effective resolution of customer problems and clarification of any existing confusion.
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to close cases in accordance with service standards. Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, processes, and guidelines to optimize workflow and enhance the customer experience.
