Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Compensation & Benefits, focusing on payroll management, employee services, and broader HR support.
This position is ideal for a Fresh Graduate or Junior candidate eager to grow their HR career. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, meticulous in handling payroll and benefits, and willing to take on additional company assignments and ad-hoc projects to support HR and operational goals.
Responsibilities
Payroll Management :
Collaborate with the Payroll team and Human Resources Manager to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing via KaizenHR for all employees.
Maintain payroll records and generate reports as required.
HR Employee Services :
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
Ensure accurate maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.
Employee Benefits Administration :
Administer and oversee diverse employee benefits programs, including medical benefits and additional perks.
Provide data-driven recommendations for improving benefits offerings and maximizing utilization.
Employee Engagement :
Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall employee experience.
Support for HR Activities and Other Company Assignments :
Support additional HR activities as needed, such as customer service and administrative functions.
