Site Supervisor

Job Description :

Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction / project site.

Ensure all work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and site activities.

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.

Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager or relevant departments.

Ensure site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.

Job Requirements :

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in site supervision.

Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings / plans.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Willing to work at site and travel as required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
