QAQC Inspector

Job description

• Perform first-off inspection and testing, sampling inspection at defined interval frequency (In-process and printing inspection).
• Utilize approval sample to determine the acceptance of printing or product appearance.
• Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tools are displayed and available at work station during production operation.
• Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.
• Report timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.
• Perform receiving / outgoing inspection of materials and supplies (Incoming / Outgoing Inspection).
• Ensure a good housekeeping practice in the QC sample room and laboratory.
• Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions. Devise the appropriate actions necessary to identify and implement corrective action.
• To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

• Experience's QC / QA one (1) years are advantage.
• SPM qualification will be advantage
