About the role
The Marketing Account Specialist will work with cross functional teams to maintain and grow the business with key Amphenol Mezzanine customers. This role will be responsible for maintain and manage all aspects of our strategic customers from revenue forecast, pricing, market share; delivery to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be versatile, attention to details with strong organization skill, and a quick learner with the ability to manage new responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing
- Retain, grow and deliver the revenue plan by working with internal and external teams to ensure the revenue goals are met.
- Provide proactive and consultative customer support to maintain customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sustain business RFQ activities within Product pricing guidance.
- Support booking and revenue reporting activities.
- Asist product transfer activities as well as NPI to Production ramp up.
- Monitor business award to ensure accuracy of share allocation.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree with keen business acumen.3+ years of customer service, account management, project or program management experience with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication2+ years of experience working in the interconnect industry preferredWell organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond quicklyAbility to use Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint) proficiently.Ability to integrate with cross functional teams globally and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.Self-motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product line management, operations, engineering as well as external resources.What we offer
