We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Clerk to join our growing legal team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position plays a vital role in providing high-quality, efficient conveyancing services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing?
Preparing and managing a varied portfolio of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfersLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing processConducting property searches and due diligence to identify any issues or requirementsDrafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfers and leasesCoordinating with the firm's finance and administrative teams to complete transactionsProviding guidance and support to more junior members of the conveyancing team including monitoring their workMaintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking for
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plusMinimum 3–5 years of experience in conveyancing practiceProficient in handling sub-sale and loan documentation independentlyStrong understanding of property law and conveyancing proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage deadlines effectivelyFamiliarity with banking requirements and legal portals is an advantageAbout us
