Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees and interns—including orientation schedules, system access, and welcome materials.
- Arrange interviews for interns and permanent staff, coordinating schedules and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal files and HR database updates.
- Track staff attendance, leave, and claims; support welfare and performance review initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports for any relevant parties.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks.
