Client Operations Officer, Custody Settlements M / F – Permanent Contract. Location : Malaysia (Asia).

CACEIS Malaysia is part of the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole and Santander, dedicated to asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, private equity and real estate funds, brokers and corporate clients. The group offers a broad range of services including custody and cash, fund administration, fund distribution support, master data services, reconciliations and related services across Europe, North and South America, and Asia.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS IS clients are in line with prescribed market, net asset value (NAV) and treasury deadlines.

The role supports the Luxembourg region with working hours 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm, Malaysia time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of all trades under STE environment as well as manual trades are completed within agreed timeframe.
• Ensure queries on trades are resolved in a timely manner. This includes queries on STE and manual trades.
• Ensure outstanding items are assigned and individual departments / financial institutions are chased for resolution.
• Ensure that all instructions are processed to a high standard of accuracy.
• Ensure all trades are posted according to procedure.
