Location : Fully Remote - 9am - 6pm AEST

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Paralegal -  Case Manager , you will be the central point of coordination between expert witnesses and the legal teams relying on their expertise. Your work will directly support the preparation and delivery of high-quality expert evidence.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Acting as the main liaison for lawyers and expert witnesses
• Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and updates
• Working with internal research teams to match the right experts to the right cases
• Collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure reports meet legal standards
• Anticipating potential issues and keeping each case running smoothly
