Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide weekly updates and address any concerns promptly.
Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
Develop and present comprehensive campaign plans and tacticals, including timelines, define deliverables and manage production / output.
Act as a liaison between all internal departments, and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects / campaigns.
Upkeep ClickUp : Maintain and update the project management tool (We use ClickUp internally) with client-related tasks, deadlines, and progress updates.
