IT Engineer

Responsibilities :

1. Production System Maintenance and Management :

a) Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of production systems such as MES and WMS, analysing and solving system issues.

b) Compile and organize relevant technical documents, actively participate in the development of maintenance processes and standards.

c) Summarize and analyse system problems, providing suggestions for application system improvements.

2. Factory Terminal Maintenance :

a) Responsible for the maintenance of terminal equipment in the factory, including PCs, servers, and network devices.

b) Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of terminal equipment to ensure normal operation and security.

c) Address technical issues encountered by end users, providing timely technical support.

3. Project Support and Collaboration :

a) Participate in the planning and implementation of factory information projects, providing professional advice from a maintenance perspective.

b) Work closely with development, testing, and business departments to ensure smooth progress and delivery of projects.

4. Customer Service and Relationship Maintenance :

a) Guide customers in using the system, resolving issues encountered during use to improve customer satisfaction.

b) Proactively identify customer needs, promoting system function optimization and upgrades.

Education Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields.
• Over 1 years of maintenance experience in factory application systems (especially MES and WMS).
• Familiarity with common factory application system architectures and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of independently analysing and handling complex system issues.
• Familiarity with database management, such as SQL Server and MySQL, capable of performing basic database operations and optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth system operation.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with strong stress management capabilities.
