Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled) , you will design, develop, and enhance scalable systems while leveraging AI-assisted tools to boost productivity, improve code quality, and expand product capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

The Qualifications We Seek

Core Technical Skills

3 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of C# .NET Core and EF Core essential .

Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 .

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

Skilled in writing reusable libraries.

Proficient with PostgreSQL .

Experience in building scalable applications.

Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs.

Familiar with Agile / Scrum development methodology.

Experience in AWS cloud environment and AWS SDK an added benefit.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, GitHub, Docker, or Terraform is a plus.

AI Skills

Experience with AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer, Cursor).

Exposure to integrating AI / ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) is an advantage.

Curiosity and a growth mindset toward AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Your Daily Tasks

General

Deliver projects according to schedules and timelines, focusing on quality and cost objectives.

Build and develop processes surrounding testing, documentation, configuration, and application change lifecycles.

Actively manage risk in development programs.

Align business strategies and designs with both current and long-term system needs.

Create the right environment for developers to thrive and perform at their best.

Analyse, research, and evaluate solutions based on business requirements and specifications.

Design, develop, configure, and document code as part of projects and support tasks.

Implement software solutions including architecture, testing, training, and documentation.

Investigate and resolve system or data issues proactively and efficiently.

Support users in their daily use of applications and business processes.

Liaise with vendors on software development, integrations, and configuration tasks when required.

AI-Driven Responsibilities

Leverage AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation tools to accelerate development cycles.

Explore and validate AI use cases within the platform (e.g., analytics, reporting, automation).

Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that enhance productivity and system capability.

Share learnings to uplift team-wide AI literacy and adoption.
