Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Early childhood but also applicable to fresh graduate Passionate in early childhood education Good communication and interpersonal skills Must have a fun and good personality to handle young children and provide them with a good preschool environment Ability to provide activities for children that encourage healthy growth A caring and approachable nature Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Melayu
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre's policies and framework.
- Complete lesson plans and progress reports on children for each semester.
- Prepare a comprehensive developmental portfolio for each child.
- Maintain a high standard of professional competence through continual professional development.
- Foster a stimulating and conducive environment to the academic, creative, and critical learning of children.
- Manage all aspects of classroom management and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
- Collaborate closely with other teaching staff in carrying out duties.
- Build and maintain close partnerships with parents.
- To participate & support in activities, including school events, marketing events, required trainings , celebrations and any other duties assigned by the Centre Director.
