Our client is seeking for The Head of Sales & Business Development will own the full sales cycle—from strategy and lead generation through to closing deals with new clients. This person will directly manage our SDR (Sales Development Representative) to ensure strong pipeline development, while also personally handling high-value conversations and negotiations with prospective clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role with significant responsibility in driving the company's growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Accountability : Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving the company towards the $30M annual revenue milestone.
  • Sales Leadership & Coaching : Oversee and coach the SDR function to maximize qualified lead generation, pipeline velocity, and overall outreach effectiveness.
  • High-Value Closing : Personally lead the full sales cycle for strategic, high-value prospective clients, focusing on complex deals, contract negotiations, and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Strategy & Forecasting : Design and execute a scalable, data-driven sales strategy.
  • Implement rigorous reporting on pipeline health, sales metrics, and accurate revenue forecasts to inform executive decisions.
  • Operational Excellence : Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize lead quality and with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery, maintaining a worldclass client experience.
  • Market Expansion : Proactively research and identify high-potential new markets, industry verticals, and global opportunities to diversify and expand Company's client base.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Success : A track record of 5+ years in B2B sales leadership, with verifiable success in managing a quota and consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue goals.
  • Industry Expertise : Preferred experience in packaging, contract manufacturing, complex global supply chain, or a related creative services industry.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and scaling a sales team (including SDRs) and implementing effective sales training programs.
  • Strategic Negotiation : Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, particularly with mid- to senior-level decision-makers (Director / VP / C-Suite).
  • Technical Proficiency : Highly organized, with expertise in utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Drive : Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a global, remote, and rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Ability to work during US business hours (with at least 4 hours of overlap)
