Since creation, we have proudly served more than 10M local consumers. What You’ll Do Own the Strategy

– Lead and scale our local livestream operations across platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, from campaign planning to execution. Build & Lead a Rockstar Team

– Recruit, coach, and manage a team of live ops specialists and stream talents. Establish processes, training systems, and performance standards. Create Impactful Content

– Drive content planning and product curation strategies that resonate with the local market and convert into sales. Maximize ROI

– Monitor live metrics in real-time, optimize performance, and turn data into actionable improvements to increase fan loyalty and sales conversion. Anchor Ecosystem

– Incubate and optimize local livestream anchors, continuously improving their engagement and sales impact. Drive Growth Campaigns

– Take charge of festival and promo livestreams (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Raya Sales) with clear goals and execution plans. What We’re Looking For Experienced Operator

– 1–3 years in e-commerce or livestreaming, ideally with TikTok / Shopee seller-side livestream experience. Strategic & Hands-on

– You can design the big picture

and

roll up your sleeves to make it happen. Data-savvy

– Comfortable using performance data to iterate and optimize strategies. Team Player with Leadership Drive

– Strong communicator, culturally adaptable, and ready to lead in a fast-moving cross-border team. Languages : Proficient in English; Mandarin is a bonus.
