Role : Salesforce Lead

Location :  Wisma Mah Sing (On-Site)

Job Purpose The Salesforce Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, configuration, and governance of the Salesforce platform to support Mah Sing’s business operations and digital transformation strategy. This role ensures the platform’s reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives — enabling process automation, improved user experience, and data-driven decision-making. The position also involves leading a small internal team or managing vendors to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Administration & Governance

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access settings.
  • Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal governance policies.
  • Monitor system usage and performance, ensuring platform stability and availability.
  • Oversee system audits, data cleansing, and scheduled backup processes.

2. Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, integrations, and automations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party tools via APIs and middleware.
  • Implement new Salesforce features and functionalities as part of continuous system enhancement.
  • 3. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with vendors or implementation partners for upgrades, integrations, or specialized solutions.
  • Provide user training, technical documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • 4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all Salesforce modules.
  • Design dashboards and reports for business intelligence, analytics, and KPI tracking.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through automation and real-time analytics.
  • 5. Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and analysts.
  • Stay informed of new Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase system efficiency and user adoption.
  • Requirements Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I required.
  • Salesforce Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
